General advice is given by all our Chiropractors on posture, stretching, icing and strengthening. For many of our clients, we also offer a bespoke rehabilitation plan, to aid recovery from injury and in order to prevent future recurrence.

Our Chiropractor, Candice Myers, trained as an Advanced Gym Instructor with NABBA (The National Association of Body Builders) and spent time in India studying yoga intensively prior to becoming a Chiropractor. During her internship at the world renowned Anglo European College of Chiropractic, she was a Senior Rehabilitation Centre Supervisor and continues to have a particular interest in these fields.

Now we have formed a partnership with the team at Village Health & Fitness, we that can offer you a highly bespoke service, combining a strong biomechanical assessment with the best Personal Training intervention to ensure you are performing the most beneficial exercises for you individually.
