Nutritional therapy cuts through the noise and focuses on you, the individual and what you personally need to maximise your health. Using a range of tools and testing to identify potential causes of ill health and nutritional imbalances, we can understand how these contribute to your symptoms and design personalised plans which aim to address the root cause.

Nutrition & Chiropractic

Sarah-OInitial consulations with Sarah Ormerod, our in-house Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) are 90 minutes in length and can be booked at reception.

Sarah is offering an introductory discount for new clients for a limited time only with 90 minute appointments reduced from £120 to £85. (offer end date 31 October 2019)

Following your appointment you will receive:

  • A written assessment, inclusive of aims, goals and timeframe
  • A one week meal plan to get you started, inclusive of recipes
  • A shopping list to get the cupboards stocked
  • A complimentary follow up phone call with Sarah to ask any questions
